“Thank YOU for Making 2023 Great!”

We recently returned from another very successful eye surgery camp on the island of Nias in Northern Sumatra, Indonesia, where our Body & Soul Ministries team brought sight to 392 eyes (bringing the total to 10,694 eyes since the start of the project in 2005). We celebrated the retirement of Dr. Pinto Pulungan, who has served with us since 2006 and we also signed a new 5-year commitment with the Northern Sumatra Health Department Director.

It was wonderful to visit our Body & Soul Ministries Connor English Centers in Can Tho, Southern Vietnam again – it had been five years since the last time we were there. The work that our director Ngan Huynh and her teachers are doing is remarkable, providing English instruction to low income and very poor children at two separate schools. We now have 350 students learning English, which is an essential language to know, in order to advance far in society.
